Both the circular knife and the opening of the cloth are variable frequency speed regulation, in which the cloth is driven by an independent gear reduction motor, and the touch screen controls the tension, without noise and vibration. Omron PLC, Omron encoder and Danfoss frequency converter are adopted. Automatic system: equipped with automatic seam passing head, which can automatically start and stop curling, hole breaking and folding, and lack of cloth. The cutter bed is made of HT300 high-density cast iron. After heat treatment and polishing, the CNC gantry baht finishing is completed, which better ensures the stability in use.
